residential office The neighborhood where the building is located is known by its confusing structure made in different times and different styles. In the city structure this area is more a blockade than a connection between north and south. The main tool used in the new concept was public space in floor ground that will enable communication in all directions. To make this area more comfortable considering heights, there is vertical partition in three parts: public space on the ground, a business zone above it that is shaped like letter L and is seen as the base for 4 apartment towers.
