Biograd studies
Biograd/2010 urban planning sport Biograd na moru activates new zone for development on the edge of the city, north of the state road Jadranska magistrala. The location has great potential and a very good position. The area of the zone that is studied is around 17,5 ha. Three basic zones are defined with different programs: bus station, business zone and sport park. Zone A is business zone. The goal is to make a zone with business and trading objects that would attract new visitors. Zone B has a regular rectangular shape and is on the northeast edge of the Zone A. The goal is to build new traffic zone, new bus station that would not harm intercity roads. Zone C has an irregular shape and it's between zones A and B and state road Jadranska magistrala. The idea is to build a sport park with all kinds of sport and fun activities. Considering dynamic of the project realization, programs enable phased building process where every zone presents one phase that can work on its own.
