Heinzel street is already important city street, but it will get even more important with the construction of the planned road that connects airport and bypass road.
The street itself is very dynamic and affects the building design, both content and dimension.

Matrix is derived from the geometry of regular rectangular lot. It consists of eight 25x20 m2 fields. Two northern fields are hotel, two south ones office tower. They are connected with the base of two or three fields by the Heinzel street.

Other connection between two towers (southern and northern) is atrium between them on the northeast side, oriented towards planned housing complex.

As the offer of contents is very different in this building, the main goal was to position each one of them on the side where it gets the most of location, and doesn't harm the other ones.
