/2011 public urban planning The first tourist ship had a role of a traveling hotel. Nowadays, cruisers have took over the role of a city core or city coast. They took all the city activities inside the ship and became a small traveling city on its own. Still, we can imagine the reverse process today. Ship, as a source of programs and activities, will not be literally used, but the idea is to return the the activities to a coast or a city core. The coast is made as a complex of different places with different levels of control, and are generally public. Outside space integrates all kinds of walking surfaces and traffic surfaces, and no matter of its character each one of them is a part of one urban park.
